By downloading, installing, or using the ORAKIA application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ORAKIA is an AI-powered divination and entertainment application that offers various reading methods including tarot, astrology, palm reading, coffee cup reading, numerology, and more. All readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

3. Disclaimer

ORAKIA readings are for entertainment purposes only.

AI-generated readings should not be used as a substitute for professional advice including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological counsel. We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive power of any reading.

4. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not share your account credentials with others
• You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen

5. Subscriptions and Payments

ORAKIA offers free and paid subscription tiers. Free users receive a limited number of readings per week. Pro subscribers receive unlimited readings.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscribers will be notified

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the application
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers)

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and AI-generated artwork within ORAKIA are the property of ORAKIA or its licensors. AI-generated reading text and images created for your personal readings may be shared by you, but the underlying technology and application remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

ORAKIA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from the app. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email.
