What is ORAKIA?
ORAKIA is an AI-powered divination app offering personalized readings across multiple methods. Readings are generated by AI and are intended for entertainment and self-reflection only.
How do free readings work?
Free accounts include 3 readings per week. The counter resets weekly. Need more? Upgrade to Pro or buy a credit pack.
What does ORAKIA Pro include?
ORAKIA Pro is a monthly subscription that includes 40 readings every month, priority AI processing, and access to all divination methods. If you reach your monthly limit, any credits on your account are used for additional readings.
How do credits work?
Credit packs (5, 15, or 30 credits) are one-time purchases. Each credit is one reading. Credits never expire and are used automatically once you reach your weekly (Free) or monthly (Pro) limit.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. To cancel or manage your subscription, go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → ORAKIA. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app, go to the upgrade screen, and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account, readings, uploaded images, and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.
Is my data private?
Yes. We never sell your personal data. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
A reading failed or something isn't working.
First, check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, email us at infonitmomentumcompany@gmail.com with your account email and a short description, and we'll help you out.
